Link mind, breath, movement and music as you flow through a series of postures, or asanas, designed to elongate every muscle.

The practice of yoga is more than just stretching — it’s also a great, low-impact way to tone and strengthen the entire body in a “moving meditation.” You choose how far you want to take each pose. The more you challenge yourself, the more payoff you’ll notice.

Beyond increasing flexibility, coordination and concentration, you might also find that yoga restores serenity to your day, or at least reminds you to take a moment to seek inner peace.
