‘Taste’ Our Dance Classes & Some Healthy Bites, Too

‘Taste’ Our Dance Classes & Some Healthy Bites, Too

Are you ready for a fitness-class cocktail that will get you so pumped you’ll almost forget you’re working out?

Satisfy your urge to groove and your appetite at our expanded “Taste of Philly Dance Fitness” workshops coming up in January and February!

These jam-packed, team-taught sessions are the perfect opportunity to sample more than eight of our programs at once: Check out Cardio Pop, Dance Party Boot Camp, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Zumba®, Barre, African, Jazz and more. And, of course, we’ll have some edible “tastes” in the line-up as well! We’ll wrap up the dance fest with an array of flavorful munchies to energize your workout courtesy of Andrea Corbi Fein, a certified professional plant-based cook and lifelong dance/fitness enthusiast.

In addition to these treats, Andrea will give a brief presentation on how to incorporate nourishing, fresh foods into your busy lives and leave you with practical info on batch cooking easy meals that support good health.  Don’t be surprised if you’re inspired to try your hand in the kitchen afterwards. Since you may not want to eat too much during an intense workout, we’ll also send you home with a “foodie” bag of tasty snacks to fuel you post-workout or whenever you get the munchies.

As in past years, we’ll have two unique “Taste” workshops since we can’t cram all of our programs into just one session. So whether you’re resolving to try a new workout or just love sweating it out on the dance floor, mark your calendars for these incredible events. Come see for yourself why we were named “Best of Philly” by Philly Mag!

We believe that everybody can and should dance, so all of our classes come with an intimidation-free guarantee and most are suitable for students with no prior dance experience. We make dancing convenient with more than 40 classes offered at four great locations around the city – Rittenhouse, Fairmount, Midtown Village and South Philly. So wherever you live or work, we invite you to come on out and work it, shake it, move it, dance!
