Comfortable workout attire. Supportive shoes preferred for the cardio warm-up; heels or bare feet after that. For floor work themes, we recommend bringing knee pads or wearing long pants for extra knee protection. (Modifications can also be provided for those who wish to remain standing.)

Get down and dirty in this racy dance fitness variation that incorporates floorwork, chair dance, booty popping, twerking, lap dance and more. Whether you’re looking to bring home a steamy routine or you just wanna be sexy while you sweat, our “Frisky Friday” striptease workshops will leave you feeling strong, empowered and hopefully a little sore in only the best ways!
Frisky Fridays kick off with a full-body cardio warm up that includes follow-the-leader routines, isolations and sometimes even a few fitness intervals. After that, you’ll slow it down a bit as you piece together a series of sexy moves to create hotter-than-hot combinations. Once you’ve learned the choreography, don’t be surprised if we turn down the lights and put on our own show. By the end of these 75-minute mini workshops, you’ll have an arsenal of moves you can use with or without a lap to dance on.
While many striptease routines involve floor work or other tricks, please note that most movements can be modified for students who are pregnant, injured or simply prefer not to get down on the ground. Just let the instructor know and she’ll give you alternatives.
Frisky Fridays are usually held twice a month at 8:30 p.m. at our Midtown location (1301 Locust St, 2nd Floor). Expect new routines and surprises at every event: Some weeks, you’ll be working a chair or necktie, other times you’ll be rolling on the floor. From jazz to hip-hop to hard rock, we change up the music and moves to make sure you never get bored. Pre-registration strongly encouraged because these workshops sometimes sell out. (Members get 20% off!) Tickets also include drinks and other treats. No dance experience required. Bring your girlfriends, and we won’t tell anyone if you spike your water bottles!
Our striptease workshops also make great events for a girls’ night out, birthday or bachelorette party. Book a date at your convenience, let us know if you have any song requests and we’ll take it from there! We can customize the class to incorporate your favorite songs or dance styles; or choose from the following themes:
Booty Pop: Drop, swirl, twerk and grind. You’ll be working that butt in all sorts of angles as you dance through several follow-the-leader routines and then learn a longer choreography. Think raunchy hip-hop meets stripper stage.
Burlesque: Master the art of the tease with subtle yet showy burlesque style. Flirt, flaunt and leave a little to the imagination as you strut through a number of combinations suitable for any burlesque stage. Think Broadway meets erotic dancing. Don’t forget your stage name.
Chair-licious: Wind, twirl and dip around a chair to create a simple yet super sexy routine that you can easily replicate at home. Depending on interest, you might even learn a few advanced moves such as rolls, shoulder stands or balances.
Dirty Divas: Dominate your own stage as you get down to the music of badass pop stars like Beyonce, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna and other sexy singers. Expect a mix of sassy hip-hop and downright dirty floor work. Love Queen Bey? Ask about our “All-Beyonce” party!
Floored: Work your body down to the floor and then down some more in this salacious exploration of striptease floorwork. From hip grinds to doggie-style twerking, you’ll be amazed at how many ways you can make a floor blush…if that were possible. In addition to breaking down tricks, you’ll put what you’ve learned into action in a full routine. Bring knee pads or wear long pants if you have sensitive knees.
Lap Dance 101: Up your striptease game with this sensual chair workshop. Learn techniques, tips and tricks to give a stripper-worthy lap dance, then piece together a “performance” routine using the chair as your stage.
Prop Appeal: Add some extra excitement to your striptease with silk ties, oversized shirts, robes, hats, boas or other props. Learn how to manipulate items of clothing or props to add dramatic effect to your movements, then piece together a steamy routine.
Twerk’d: Learn how to jiggle whatever junk you’ve got in your trunk. After a twerktorial covering the basics, you’ll pop, shake and wind through a series of routines. Feeling adventurous? Take your twerk to the floor, the wall or even upside down.
