Are you ready for a fitness-class cocktail that will get you so pumped you’ll almost forget you’re working out?

Satisfy your urge to groove at our “Taste of Philly Dance Fitness” workshops this January and February!

These jam-packed, team-taught sessions are the perfect opportunity to sample more than eight of our programs at once: Check out Cardio Pop, Dance Party Boot Camp, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Barre, African, Jazz and more. And, of course, we’ll also provide some actual food to keep you fueled through this mega-workout.

As in past years, we’ll have two unique “Taste” workshops in order to highlight a wider variety of our programs.

So whether you’re resolving to try a new workout or just love sweating it out on the dance floor, mark your calendars for these incredible events!

Taste of Philly Dance Fitness 2020

  • Saturday, Jan. 18
  • Saturday, Feb. 15
  • Both events from 2:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. at our South Philly outpost
  • 1170 S. Broad St, near the intersection of Federal St. FREE street parking!
  • Bring: A water bottle.
  • Wear: Comfortable workout clothes you don’t mind sweating in and sneakers or dance shoes. See the line-up below for more specific suggestions about footwear.
  • Cost$35 tickets include more than 2 hours of dance instruction plus a flavorful array of healthy refreshments.
