We can’t wait to see you back in the studio!! Before signing up for an in-person class, please read the following updated safety precautions as well as these important notes:
- You must wear a mask. Yes, we know it’s a bit uncomfortable and extra sweaty, but we think it’s worth it to see (part of) your lovely faces again. We understand if you find this untenable, and hope you’ll continue to join us virtually until it’s safe to change this protocol.
- Due to very limited capacity, we ask that you pre-register. We will not accept walk-ins.
- The spots where to stand are marked on the floor, and allow for 8 feet of space from others in the room.
- In-person classes will be live-streamed as well. Students will face the mirror with backs to the camera. However, if you don’t want to appear in the frame at all, just ask the instructor to direct you to a spot that’s out of the frame.

- 10 a.m. Zumba with Deb
- 12 p.m. Hip-Hop (all levels) with Ricky
MONDAY — starting 8/3
- 5:30 p.m. House Party Fitness with Liz
- 6:30 p.m. Zumba with Rachel
TUESDAY — starting 8/4
- 5 p.m. Afro Caribbean Fitness with Lael
- 6 p.m. Cardio Pop with Tiel
WEDNESDAY — starting 8/5 (except Zumba, which begins the following week)
- 5 p.m. Cardio Pop with Emily
- 6 p.m. Zumba with Sydney **starting 8/12
- 7 p.m. Diva Pop with Jody
- 8 p.m. Bollywood Choreo with Antima
