October Additions

October Additions

As usual, the time is flying by and we’re on to October. Lucky for you, that means even more classes, plus a HOT workshop. Here’s the details of everything that’s new:

No need to wait until summer to think about flattening your abs. Timaree will cinch that core in this low-impact class, but still killer, class.

  • Sundays at noon starting 10/5
  • Rittenhouse: 1624 South St.

Tap Tonic
We’ve still got our Monday night class, but we’re bringing back a second section in October with Pam at a new place and time, so come and get it! This is a tap-based cardio fitness class but you do NOT need to be a tap dancer or even have tap shoes to enjoy it.

  • Thursdays at 6:15 p.m. starting 10/2
  • Midtown: 1301 Locust St, 2nd Floor

NEW Semi-Private Tap Technique
In addition to another section of Tap Tonic, we’ll also be offering tappers a special opportunity to step up their technique.  Whether you’re new to tap or you’ve been tapping for a while and want to up your technical game, you’ll get the individual attention you need to improve in this 30-minute small group course. Like our pre-pointe program, these semi-private lessons are $10 per person and a minimum of four students is required to hold the class — please email us or speak to Pam before or after our Tap Tonic fitness classes to let us know if you’d like to come.

  • Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. starting 10/2
  • Midtown: 1301 Locust St, 2nd Floor

Caribbean Hip-Hop
Think hip-hop and Zumba collide in this nonstop, high-energy class. New instructor Alyssa B. will keep you sweating as you wine, grind and bruk it dung. This class will take the place of our late night Tuesday Zumba in Rittenhouse.

  • Tuesdays at 8 p.m. starting 10/7
  • 1624 South St.

On top of these great classes, we also still have the four programs we added in September — Impact JazzAfrican JazzCardio PopBhangra Blast — plus everything else on the schedule from last month. Find the full list of classes here.
