By popular demand, we’re adding a new weekday Power Jam Stretch class (formerly called Slow Jam Stretch) to our fall schedule!
Emily is back starting the second Tuesday of the month with this challenging combination of yoga, dance and strength training. You can also still stretch out on Saturday with Kathy. (Her class will still include a bit of Tai Chi and Pilates, but we’re updating the name to reflect the strength training component that both stretch sections share). Also, don’t forget that Pilates is back every Sunday at noon!
Power Jam Stretch
- Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. with Emily *starting Sept. 10
- Saturdays at 10 a.m. with Kathy
- Both at the Arts Parlor, 1170 S. Broad St.
- $10 drop-in, one punch on a class card or FREE for members
