As we enter our ninth year, we’re updating our pricing to reflect the economic realities of our increasing rent and staffing costs. Effective Nov. 15, drop-in prices will increase by $1, and likewise there will be a slight increase in the cost of our discounted packages (10 class cards, unlimited month passes and memberships). Those currently on membership contracts will not be impacted by any rate changes for the duration of their contract term as long as they remain current on their payments.
We put a lot of thought into evaluating our pricing models and make a point of announcing any changes in advance so you have the option to stock up on class cards or sign up for a membership before the changes take effect, if you wish. (Please note that digital class cards must be redeemed within three months of purchase, and then you have three months from the date of the first scheduled class to use up the card.)
The following prices will take effect on November 15th:
- Drop-in (45-60 minute class): $13
- Ballet Drop-in: $18
- 10-class card: $100
Unlimited Month Pass
- One month of unlimited access to all regularly scheduled classes including ballet (excluding small group technique, specialty series and workshops): $140
Unlimited Membership (Access to all 45-60 minute group classes on the schedule, excludes small group technique, specialty series and workshops)
- Semi-annual: $79.99 automatically charged each month over a 6-month commitment
- Annual: $69.99 automatically charged each month over a 12-month commitment
Unlimited + Ballet Membership (Access to all ballet and other ongoing group classes, with the above exceptions for small group technique, specialty series and workshops)
- Semi-annual: $109.99 automatically charged each month over a 6-month commitment
- Annual: $99.99 automatically charged each month over a 12-month commitment
We will also have a new 4-month membership option for full-time students at a 10 percent discount from the above rates. Send us a photo of your student ID along with your expected graduation date and we’ll be happy to help set you up!
Again, these changes take effect on November 15 and existing members will not be affected as they are locked into their plans for the duration of their contract term.
Even with these changes, Philly Dance Fitness remains among the most affordable boutique fitness options in the city, especially for those who take advantage of our class cards and unlimited memberships. We remain committed to offering a variety of discount options so that students can save money off the drop-in price because we want to make sure that dancing is accessible to everyone.
