Piloxing is a cardio workout that combines the toning and aerobic conditioning of boxing, muscle sculpting of Pilates and the fun and sensuality of dance. The workout is formatted into intervals to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular health. Classes are performed barefoot to better execute the moves and reap the benefits of the original disciplines.
