Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via this web form or to, and will be made effective 15 days from the date of the request.

If you cancel prior to the end of your Membership commitment, you will be charged the balance of the contract or the early termination fee specified in your contract, whichever is less.

  • When you cancel, you remain entitled to Membership benefits through the end of your last billing period.
  • If you have a monthly no-commitment Membership, you may cancel at anytime. However, please remember to submit your request at least 15 days before your auto-payment date or you will be charged for the subsequent month.
  • You can start a new membership at any time, however, you will be subject to current rates. You will not be able to resume a rate that is no longer offered.

A reminder that Members are also entitled to one free suspension per contractual period. If you would prefer to freeze your account for up to 3 months, simply submit that request here.
