May Mania!

This month, we’re piloting four, yes FOUR, new classes, and we can’t wait to hear what you think. Here’s a snapshot of what’s coming, click the name of the class for more detailed descriptions:

Cardio Pop
Amp up your heart rate as you jam to all the latest hits! Some routines will be pure cardio, others will focus on strengthening and sculpting. Expect squats, lunges, standing abs, arm exercises and more.

  • Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. with Besiana
  • The Arts Parlor, 1170 S. Broad St.

From box steps to jazz walks, showcase your style as you build a foundation of traditional jazz movements. Like our ballet program, this class is designed for adults who want to learn technique, but just for the fun of it.

  • Wednesdays at 7 p.m. with Beverly
  • Major Moment, 1624 South St.

Both of these classes are $10 drop in, one punch on a class card or FREE for members.

Mommy & Baby Yoga
Spend quality time with your little one and meet other new moms as you build back your strength. This class devotes extra attention to the shoulders, back, chest and other muscles that are most affected from carrying and feeding babies.

  • Mondays from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. with Keli
  • Major Moment Studio, 1624 South St.

Prenatal Yoga
Stay active, relaxed and centered during your pregnancy. Connect with your baby and other moms-to-be in our supportive yoga community.

  • Tuesdays from 5:45 p.m. to 6:55 p.m. with Keli
  • The Arts Parlor, 1170 S. Broad St.

Since these new yoga classes are longer and more specialized, they are $15 drop-in. However, you can pre-register for the month for only $10 per class! We strongly encourage pre-registration so that we can better prepare for the group. This is our first foray into classes for expecting and new mommies, so please help us spread the word to anyone you know who might be interested!
