19 Aug Hot Hula Workshop
Aug. 19, 2012
Hula dancers make it look so easy, but their graceful hip-swaying actually makes for a killer workout. See for yourself at our fall Hot Hula workshop.
HOT HULA fitness® combines Tahitian, Hawaiian and Polynesian dances for a muscle-defining total body workout. Guest instructor Chinh Pham will lead you through a series of dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music. Like bellydance, HOT HULAfitness® isolates large muscle groups, increasing core strength and definition with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Since many of the movements are performed in plie, you might also feel a burn in your lower body.
No prior dance experience is needed to enjoy and benefit from this workshop, so come join us on September 9!
