06 Jul We’re Hiring!

Do you love dancing, fitness and small local businesses? Philly Dance Fitness is always looking to bring on new talent, whether instructors, interns or members of our admin team.
Now Hiring ZAZZ Staff for the 2026-27 School Year
As we head toward fall 2026, we’re looking for candidates who’d like to teach or assist at ZAZZ, our youth division. If you love working with kids and have a background in dance, drama or musical theater, this could be a perfect part-time gig.
We have opportunities for lead teachers as well as college student assistants and high school interns. Candidates must have consistent availability between 2:45-5:30 pm on at least one weekday. The position runs from the last week of August through the second week of June, with winter and spring breaks aligned with the school district schedule. On occasion, we hire teachers for just fall or just spring semester, but ideal candidates would be available for the full academic year to help build consistency with the students.
Fall Adult Dance Instructor Positions
We always add new drop-in classes to our adult schedule in the fall, so now’s the time to get in touch! Prior teaching experience and/or dance or fitness certification required.
Weekday daytime availability is a plus, as we’re looking to add more morning and lunchtime drop-in classes. We’re always eager to talk to teachers with backgrounds in multi-cultural dance styles (African, Belly Dance, Bollywood, Latin) or dance fitness (Zumba, cardio dance, Piloxing, etc), but we offer many technique classes, too — tap, contemporary, jazz, ballet and even pointe.
Marketing Strategy Consultant
It’s true, we’d rather be teaching or dancing than thinking about marketing. We love posting about all the fun things happening at our studios, but would like help expanding our reach. We’re looking to hire a contractor to review our advertising efforts, suggest ways to improve and possibly handle some of the execution (creating and posting ad content). This would most likely be a project based position, with potential for ongoing part-time hours.
Hiring happens on a rolling basis. Find more details about all of our positions here.
To apply, please email info@phillydancefitness.com with a brief introduction explaining why you’re interested in working for us. Include your resume, and if you’re applying to teach, some dates/times that you can audition during one of our ongoing classes. We look forward to hearing from you!!
