Looking for movement classes for your children that aren’t as formal or intensive as a traditional dance academy?
Try out our specialty family and kids’ programs. Our children’s classes are all about FUN. There’s no recital to stress about and no pressure. Just come ready to move and make friends.
Currently, we offer the following “on demand” classes:
- Mommy & Baby Yogalates (Ages 6 weeks to crawling)
- Creative Movement & Yoga (Ages 2-4)
- Kids Ballet (4-7 year olds)
Gather a group, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule lessons that fit into your schedule.
Teens and tweens are welcome at our adult group fitness classes with an accompanying adult. (Ages 16 and up are welcome on their own to adult classes.)
Philly Dance Fitness instructors also offer children’s movement, fitness and Zumba® workshops for birthday parties, private groups and other events. Host a party at one of our studio locations or we’ll send an instructor to you with all the music and moves you need. Contact us to design your private class and get more information about rates.
