Yoga for Runners

In the spirit of trying new things, we’re piloting themed stretch classes! Join Emily for an extra-long yoga session geared toward loosening, lengthening and strengthening muscles used intensely in running.

Spring is finally on the way, so it won’t be long now before you can pound the pavement outside. Learn tips and practical exercises that you can later use on your own when you go for a run. But you also don’t need to be a runner to appreciate the poses covered in this session. Anyone can join in. The 75-minute class will cost the same as our ballet classes of the same length: $17 drop-in, or free for members.
