Come out to support Philly Dance Fitness as we participate in the 6th annual Be Well Philly Bootcamp, an all-day fitness celebration for women that includes exciting workout classes, healthy bites, cooking demos and motivational presentations.
The event takes place on June 3rd at the Drexel Recreation Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Philly Dance Fitness instructors Deb and Timaree will be leading a Dance Party Boot Camp class in Studio 1 at 11 a.m., so if you attend the event, be sure to come by and give them a shout!
In addition to dozens of classes, you can also check out presentations on “Why Women Shouldn’t Be Afraid of Strength Training” or “How to Become the Master of Your Time and Live Your Most Successful Life.” Yes, please.
