Kick, jab, dodge and dance in this killer kickboxing workout!
Kickstart your workout with this fusion of kickboxing, dance and strength conditioning. Because we love to dance, this isn’t your run-of-the-mill kickboxing class — our variation incorporates elements of movement to make sure you have tons of fun while shadow-boxing your aggression out.
After warming up, you’ll piece together combinations of kicks and punches, then progress through a series of muscle-defining exercises using body weight and circular resistance bands. In addition to burning calories, you might find this class helps improve your balance, muscle tone and stamina.
No need to bring anything, unless you’d like to wear your own weighted gloves, as resistance bands and any other equipment will be provided at the studio. No prior kickboxing or dance experience required.
