*For virtual bookings, please sign up online the same day as the class you wish to attend in order to receive the correct daily livestream password. Also be sure to “enable” email notifications in your Mindbody profile so that you get the confirmations. In-person classes can be booked up to two weeks out. Pop in for whatever intrigues you, or stay the full hour. We also invite you to enjoy breakfast with each other before or after dancing — brunch treats will be available in the front room starting at 9:30 am. (The dance party will take the place of our normal Sunday Zumba class. All other regularly scheduled classes will be held as usual.)

Almost like a mini “Taste of Philly Dance Fitness” workshop, the dance portion of the event will feature short segments of beginner friendly instruction:

  • Zumba with Michelle G. at 10 am
  • Cardio Pop & Hip-Hop with Deb at 10:20 am
  • Dance Party Boot Camp followed by standing Pilates/stretch cooldown with Timaree at 10:40 am
