NEW AcroYoga Classes!

As Dua Lipa would say, we’re levitating! Get out of your comfort zone and up in the air at our NEW AcroYoga classes!

AcroYoga combines elements of circus acrobatics with yoga practice in a safe, fun, beginner-friendly environment for those wishing to try a collaborative partner workout. Learn the basics of AcroYoga on padded flooring, complete with a warmup and cool down.

No partner necessary! Our instructors (Michelle, Austin and/or Albert) will work with you or pair you with a partner during class. In addition to elements of AcroYoga, class will include therapeutic stretching, inversions, balance exercises and strengthening exercises.
