Striptease aerobics is a racier alternative to traditional dance fitness classes. You’ll start with basic moves and passes across the room to loosen up. Then tone your entire body as you dance your way down to the floor and back up.
Once you have the moves down, we’ll turn down the lights, maybe switch on the disco ball and put on our own show. High heels, boas and extra layers for stripping help set the mood, though they are not required. Long pants are recommended to protect your knees as most routines involve floor work.
We also teach chair striptease aerobics. The concept is the same only every move is on or around a chair. This a great option if you have knee problems or are uncomfortable with movement on the floor. However, please note that all routines can be modified based on individual needs.
Start your weekend with an edgy girls’ night out at our Frisky Fridays striptease aerobics classes. In addition to learning sultry dance routines, Frisky Fridays occasionally include demonstrations or free samples from local women-owned businesses. Bring your girlfriends, and we won’t tell anyone if you spike your waterbottles.
