Striptease Aerobics
Work up a sweat as you learn an R-rated routine filled with plenty of bumping and grinding!
Striptease aerobics is a racier alternative to traditional dance fitness classes. You’ll start with basic moves and passes across the room to loosen up. Then tone your entire body as you dance your way down to the floor and back up.
Once you have the moves down, we’ll turn down the lights, switch on the disco ball and put on our own show. High heels, boas and extra layers for stripping help set the mood, though they are not required. Long pants are recommended to protect your knees as most routines involve floor work.
Deborah also teaches chair striptease aerobics. The concept is the same only every move is on or around a chair. This a great option if you have knee problems or are uncomfortable with movement on the floor. However, please note that all routines can be modified based on individual needs.
Classes
New! Group striptease aerobics classes will be held at Fitness Works Philadelphia (714 Reed Street, South Philly) on Fridays at 5:30 p.m. starting Sept. 10. As with other Philly Dance Fitness programs, these 45-minute sessions cost $10 drop-in but they are free for FitnessWorks gym members. Please remember to wear long pants to protect your knees.
Private lessons may also be scheduled at a variety of Philadelphia studio locations or in-home. Prices start at $60 per hour.
Parties
A striptease aerobics workshop is the perfect event for your next girls’ night out or bachelorette party. Deborah provides the music, props and a steamy striptease routine guaranteed to make everyone blush. Goody bags for the guest of honor are also available. Parties last for an hour and a half to three hours. You decide if you want to allow pictures, perform for each other or invite significant others to watch a final show.
Parties start at $175 for up to 10 participants. Each additional guest is $10. Travel fees may apply for in-home parties more than 25 miles outside Philadelphia. Parties may also be held at a Center City or South Philadelphia studio, depending on availability, for an additional $40.
