Join Kathy on Saturday mornings for Slow Jam Stretch, a unique blend of tai chi, yoga and dance movements. After a tai chi warm-up, you’ll flow into full body stretches, followed by posture and flexibility exercises. The 50-minute class ends with yoga and Pilates mat work aimed at core strength.
Class is performed barefoot to stimulate balance reflexes and tighten core muscles. Accompanying R&B music sets the tone for fluidity.
