Two NEW Programs in August
 

Hard to believe that August is already here! We’ve got a few exciting changes in store for you, including two new classes:

Slow Jam Stretch - Start your Saturdays with an invigorating blend of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and other flexiblity exercises. Bring a mat if you can, or borrow one at the studio. Taught by Kathy.
When: Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.
Where: The Arts Parlor, 1170 S. Broad St.

Dance Party Boot Camp - Looking to take your workout to the next level? Timaree’s got a combination of dance and High Intensity Interval Training that will push you to your limits! (Note: this class takes the place of Piloxing.)
When: Sundays from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Where: Major Moment, 1624 South St.
